Resolving to get organized this year? You're not alone!
With the arrival of the new year, articles and pieces of advice on how to organize your life are popping up everywhere. There are lots of fun tricks you can learn about how to keep the things you use often neatly organized and close at hand. However, all the hacks in the world won't change the basic fact that to get and stay organized, every object needs to have a purpose and a place.
Need help? You're also not alone!
Organizing is one of those things that we feel we should be able to do. It seems so simple. It doesn't require specialized education or complex knowledge. And we often berate ourselves for being unable to get and stay organized. Please don't! You are likely already extremely busy with a family, career, and other activities that are important to you - it's no wonder you feel frustrated trying to carve out time and energy for organizing.
If you're in the San Francisco area, I can help! If you're farther afield, check out the National Association of Professional Organizers for a comprehensive directory of organizing experts in your area (I'm a member!). And of course if you have any questions for me or topics you'd like to see covered here, leave me a suggestion in the comments.
Wishing you a happy, healthy, and successful new year,
